SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100! *EXCLUDING SOME HARDGOODS (SURFBOARDS, SKATEBOARDS, BOARD BAGS) AND SELECT LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS* 

Orders under $100 will have a $7 flat rate shipping fee applied at checkout.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $7, and orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 2 to 7 business days. 

When will my order ship?

Orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to be processed and prepared for shipment. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times. 

Once my order is placed, how long will it take to arrive?

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Afterward, your order will arrive in 2 to 7 business days (excluding holidays). Delivery to areas outside the contiguous U.S. may take up to 14 business days. Delivery time to APO/FPO and P.O. boxes varies and can take longer than the standard (2 to 7 business days) shipping time. Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.

Do you offer expedited or international shipping?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer expedited or international shipping. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We ship to APO/FPO and P.O. boxes with standard shipping for $5, and orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Delivery time to APO/FPO and P.O. boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard (2 to 7 business day) shipping time.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can view the progress by clicking the link in your email or tracking your package at www.fedex.com 

Can I pick up my order in the store?

Yes, we now offer in-store pick up!

How can I change my shipping address or order after my order has been placed?

If you need to change your shipping address or order, please call us as soon as possible at (904) 662-1717. Once your package has shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order/package.

What can I do if my package is lost or stolen?
