Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your purchased date. We do not accept returns that’s missing tags, altered, washed or worn. *EXCLUDING SURFBOARDS*

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, feel free to return it and make a new purchase for the item desired. Tip: For fastest arrival, place a new order for the item desired while returning your original order!

ONLINE RETURNS IN STORE

Items that were purchased online may be returned to our Sunrise Surf Shop location. Please bring the item(s), along with the original copy of your shipping receipt, photo ID, and the credit/debit card you used when you placed your order.

RETURN PROCESS

To return merchandise, please follow the below instructions:
  • To submit a return, click HERE:
  • Once your return request is complete, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email. $7 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Securely pack all items in its original condition with all original tags attached and place the pre-paid shipping label on the outside of your package.
  • Drop off your return package at your local USPS drop off location.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise to receive your full refund.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is complete.

DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS

If you feel that you’ve received a defective item, or an item from your purchase is missing, please email us as soon as possible atcs@sunrisesurfshop.com.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Any item that have any signs of wear, alteration or hangtags removed
